Whenever I need to remind myself of my role in a team, I always come back to this simple but powerful principle:
✅ Build the right thing.
✅ Build the thing right.
In Agile, it’s not just about delivering fast—it’s about delivering value. That’s why frameworks like Scrum and Kanban emphasize continuous feedback, adaptability, and iterative improvement. As a producer, my job isn’t just about managing sprints and keeping stakeholders informed. It’s about ensuring we’re solving the right problems (building the right thing) while maintaining quality, efficiency, and scalability (building the thing right).
A backlog full of features means nothing if we’re not aligning with user needs and business goals. And even the best product vision can fail if execution is flawed. Agile teaches us that success isn’t about speed alone—it’s about direction, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Winning happens when teams master this balance. How do you apply this in your work? Let’s discuss! 🚀
